Hospitality has always been a part of Jo Holland's life. Jo grew up working in the hotel restaurant run by her parents.

After raising her 3 children and working in an office, Jo purchased Food Affair 3 years ago and saw it as an opportunity to try something new. Jo has a passion for food and making tasty creations.

Jo lives in the country with her 3 children, 14, 16 and 18, who love her home cooking!
