Food Affair is a full-service catering company based in Gore. We offer catering for all your needs including private functions, wedding receptions and corporate office parties - your place or ours. 

We can customise a menu to suit your requirements including taste and budget. Please don't hesitate to ask us. The options are endless and we are happy to help where we can.

Please read our following terms and conditions prior to booking your function

GST and Pricing
All pricing is GST exclusive and on a per person basis. Children are charged at the following rate:
0 - 4 years: no charge
5 - 12 years: $10 
13+ years: charged at adult rate

Deposit
A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. If a deposit is required, all rights to a refund expire if booking is cancelled within 3 months of the function date booked. 

Payment
Payment is by EFTPOS or direct debit within 7 days of your function. In some circumstances, other arrangements may be made. Please speak with our team.

Health and Safety
The people responsible for the booking must ensure all attendees at the function keep clear of any potentially hazardous areas. Food Affair takes no responsibility for any injury caused. 

Ordering
Please email your order to info@foodaffairgore.co.nz or phone us with your enquiry. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Travel
Travel charges may apply and are applicable on a case by case basis.

Breakage and loss of equipment
Any breakages or loss of equipment may be charged at the applicable rate for replacement.

Confirmation of numbers
A minimum of 2 days notice is required for number confirmation. We understand that changes are sometimes unavoidable and we will endeavour to cater as requested. 

DIY Catering
Food Affair takes no responsibility for any food not handled appropriately after drop off or not consumed within advised timeframes. 

Leftovers
Leftovers are dealt with by discretion of the function supervisor. Our policy is to discard leftovers. Any incident arising from leftover food is the responsibility of the person who booked the function and no claims or discounts are offered in relation to leftover food.
